Spotting at 6 weeks (warning images attached)

I had a miscarriage at 10 and a half weeks last Christmas. I am now 6 weeks 4 days pregnant following IVF treatment. On Sunday evening I noticed some brown spotting
and on Monday I had a scan at the EPAU. They could see the babys heartbeat but there was also mobile blood adjacent to the sack. The EPAU told me to monitor the bleeding and I have a scan in two weeks. Today I woke up to more spotting (photos attached). I am also taking progesterone and I think that accounts to some of the discharge. Do you think I am losing this pregnancy?

With both my pregnancies I had bleeding/spotting a number of times. Around the 6 week mark with both pregnancies, and 2nd pregnancy I had it regular until about 13 weeks. Both pregnancys went all well. I contacted the early pregnancy clinic both times for early scans to reassure me

I’m meant to be 7 weeks tomorrow.
last night I had brown/reddish staining when I wiped. This progressed to full on cramping overnight and today I am bleeding on to a sanitary pad and I feel like I’m just having a normal period. The Epu is shut today and I’ve been told il get a call tomorrow. lost all hope really just looking for anyone else that had similar and outcome

Everything ended up OK for me, bleeding carried on throughout my pregnancy but I gave birth to my son 3 months ago

did you have symptoms whilst you were in your first trimester?

im 5+5 after 4 miscarriages and my symptoms have subsided. Im on progesterone and on Monday I started getting bleeding like this followed by some jelly like discharge this evening. I’ve had no cramps or anything.
