Period cramp like at 33 weeks does this sound more braxton

Does this sound like braxton kicks? I’m 33 weeks pregnant, came home today went mad cleaning! Since half 12 had period like cramp in my stomach - no tightening just cramps like a period. It lasted for a while! Then started to come and go! I went for a nap at 2ish as it seemed settled and now up and the cramp is still there. Not worsening but not better

Been to toilet today, my urine is dark but can be common for me!

My mum says phone midwife but I just wonder if it’s braxton!

Hello, I had Braxton when I was pregnant with my daughter and it didnt feel like cramping to me, but it could be different for everyone. For me the whole bump sort of went really hard and rigid for a good few seconds then went back to normal, it was really strange! I would do as your mum suggested and speak to a midwife 😊
