Second pregnancy horrid back pain

I'm only 4+2 but yesterday & today I've been having horrid lower back pain. Fine when walking but when transitioning from standing to sitting & vice versa it's a real struggle, hold on to the table & push myself up/help myself down situation. Feels like period pains but in my lower back. Never had anything like this with my first. No other symptoms. Anyone else?

Call EPU. Too early for ligament pain, can be a sign of ectopic. Not that it definitely is but severe pain needs looked at!

Any update? Im 6+2 and have bad back pain too, I’ve had three previous miscarriages so worried its that

I had a bad back early on and it was a UTI- call your midwife for a urine test x

I've spoken to the Doctors who aren't worried, I do genuinely wonder if I've done something to my back regardless of being pregnant! No bleeding, no other weird pains apart from the odd period cramp but I will be keeping an eye.

I would still suggest a call to EPU/EPAS in your healthboard @TurkeyTrouble - GPs are brilliant but not pregnancy specialists.
