BFN 1 hour after a BFP?!

Hey everyone :)

My period is due in 4 days.

I have recently felt a bit ‘off’- nauseous etc. I decided to do a test and low and behold there was a very light positive result. Was totally shocked and wanted to do another one to make sure (it was probably about an hour later) and it showed a negative test result! Feeing a bit confused.

I know I have to wait until my period is due and test again. Just really wish I hadn’t of done that second test!

I have attached the pics so let me know what you think. I could just be going line crazy!

Has this happend to anyone else and then went on to get a positive test result?

Could be that your urine was more concentrated for the first test? I believe you are meant to test your first urine of the morning in the early days as hormone levels will be the highest.

I was about to come here as well and say that maybe your urine wasn't concentrated enough an hour later.
I'd test again tomorrow first thing I think.

Testing before your period requires concentrated urine - first one of the day usually.....all test instruction manuals will tell you that. An hour is not long enough so I'd go off your first test result especially when not using a FRER
