I had some spotting last Sunday followed by gushes of bright red blood for about 4 hours Thursday night the bleeding was accompanied by quite bad period type cramps, I was seen at the EPU on Friday and scanned and at 5+6 baby had a heartbeat and was fine however they seen a pocket of blood which they have said is a subchorionic hematoma and that will be what has caused the bleeding I was told to expect more bleeding and to rest and take it easy. I had 6 days of spotting in my last pregnancy which was also caused by SCH but this time it’s much more dramatic and I don't remember having bad cramping. I’m still in a lot of pain now even though there has been no more blood has anyone else had this and had bad cramping I’m really worried this isn’t going to be a good outcome we have infertility and has ivf in 2016 my 5 year old daughter is from my drag transfer and this pregnancy is from my first frozen transfer I felt so lucky that it worked again but now I’m terrified I will lose the pregnancy.
