Hey everyone I've started the pregnacare before conception max tablets however im a little confused why they make you take 2 of them is it double the amount for example on the box it says that coq10 is 50mg so if I take 2 is that now 100mg or does the two tablets equal up to the 50mg coq10
Can someone please explain to me thank you
