Loose stools pregnant

Has anyone experienced loose stools during third trimester? I’m currently having quite loose stools for the past couple of days even twice a day?

Not during the 3rd but the first. I cut down sugar and diary completely, and added prebiotic powder, inulin, and it got better after a week or so.

sugar was definitely a factor, I still get diarrhoea if I overdo it.
