Grobag vs love2dream or cellular blanket

I’m due January and wonder what would be best to have baby in from after giving birth for night time, I see some babies hate swaddling and it had been the love2dream swaddle I had looked at!

so i was thinking maybe grobag from tommee tipee? Would this be suitable right away?
or any others out there?

We used the grobag from birth. Never in the swaddle setting as it looked so unbelievable tight and I worried about hurting the baby! DS was big though, and I think I was being overly cautious.

I found grobags simple and practical. We used them even when our ds could walk! We had different togs for different seasons.

Different babies like different things. Ds1 was a winter baby and hated grobags for thr first three months, then ended up being in one till 3. Ds2 liked the swaddle for a week then hated it. Try something and be prepared to change.

I like both the grow bag and love 2 dream. I think love 2 dream was my favourite early on. My DD is over 2 now and uses the 18-36 month grow bag still, she loves it! Agree with others it's hard to know what your baby is like. I'm planning to start with love 2 dream when this baby is born but will see what they like.
