Cramping in early pregnancy

Hi All,
I am 7 weeks pregnant (ish - not had a scan to confirm dates yet) and yesterday and today I’ve been experiencing period type cramps almost constantly.
is this normal? It’s been 11+ years since my last pregnancy so I can’t remember!
im feeling nauseous on and off, tired and my boobs are sore so symptoms are still there - I am just quite anxious about miscarrying this pregnancy as it took 10 months ttc!

It can be normal. I had period pains through the 1st trimester with both of my pregnancies. My midwife said as long as it's just cramps and no bleeding then it's fine.

Hi all, I have been having some symptoms which are similar to PMS, mild cramps, slight dizziness, hungry and tired, insomnia. I am very regular usually 28 day cycle, this time a day before period due, had spotting then this stopped in few hours and has been intermittent for over a day. Its rusty brown and only visible when wiped with tissue. The cramps are a lot less than my period cramps, and the sore breasts and nipples are too much. Last week also had flu, with mild temperature and chills, I lost my voice and sore throat as well. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? 🤔

I'm week 5ish and have had regular cramps since week 3. Found out very early.

Every mum friend I have has said cramps in early pregnancy is normal. Try not to worry too much.

Normal. I had that with DD as well.
