Hi am 6 weeks pregnant (I think!) for a week after I found, I quite quickly had full blown symptoms, stretching, cramping and nausea all of which was much earlier than with DS1. All of a sudden 2 days ago I feel completely normal.

Is this normal or should I start preparing myself for the worst ? Anyone had similar ?

LOL yes, EXACTLY that first pregnancy - legged it to A&E who said 'yep well you had a water infection, but it's fine now'

Then two days later started vomiting for England. Try not to worry, it is normal!

I had days were i was convincved my symptoms had gone, only for them to re-appear a few days later.

Will try and chill out. Its ridiculous, I'm so much more anxious this time. Didn't know enough to be worried first time round!

I am 13 weeks now and my symtoms were not stable at all over the first trimester - and i posted a similar question to you. Sometimes boobs really hurt then would be fine for a week, tiredness came and went (although by 11 weeks i couldnt get out of bed), nausea would appear at strange times but not at all consistent - try not to worry!
