Hi everyone - my appetite has dropped a lot since being in the third trimester (I’m a first time mum.) could someone give me some guidance on if this is enough. I have massive food aversions so I pretty much stick to the same food…
Breakfast - Cereal & Smoothie.
Lunch - Jacket potato with beans OR sandwich with crisps.
Dinner - Some kind of meat, brocolli and potatoes OR pasta bake.
Snacks - Apple, Banana and peanut butter, Snack a jacks, Yogurt and Cereal bar.

I still end up feeling slightly hungry but I don’t know if this is just worry I’m not giving baby enough!
(I’ve previously had problems with my diet but it’s improved alot and I do take vitamins.)

Looks like you are eating enough to me and good choices. If you are still hungry maybe trying eating some extra snacks or slightly bigger portions?

Thank you yes I’ve tried eating some extra things, but some people say it’s pointless due to them being ‘empty calories.’
