Pain at 12 weeks

Intense period cramps at 12 weeks …. Worried it might be more serious .

This is pregnancy number 2 for me and I didn’t feel this intense pain last time .

I’m experiencing this right now and my 12 week scan is this afternoon! I’m so nervous. Did it turn out to be ok? X

Pain like that can be ligament pain, in my experience its worse with each pregnancy
