Brown discharge, no cramping, confused by call with EPU

So im currently almost 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing some brown discharge when wiping. It's been continuous for 4 days now.

I had an MMC back in March, and had some cramps last week. I went to the EPU for an early scan (internal), which showed a yolk sack but was too early to see anything else. They've rebooked me in for a scan a week on Friday when I'll be around 7 weeks.

Since Sunday (it's now Wednesday) I've been having brown discharge when I wipe. There's no clots, red blood or pain at all.

I've called the EPU this morning, and the sister who answered the phone told me it could be a sign that things aren't progressing as it should be, or could be normal bleeding but I've just got to wait and see.

I'm going out of my mind due to previous MMC. Can anyone help put my mind at rest?

Thanks xxx

Everyone is so different so I'm not sure my experience will help you here, but I also had brown discharge at 6 weeks. Had a scan at EPU at 6+5 and everything was perfect, cervix as it shoukd have been and heart beating away. They said it was likely to be old implantation bleeding.
It happened again at 9 weeks, but to be honest by then I just ignored it, it was such a tiny amount when wiping and i thibk it was caused by sex. Had a scan booked in privately for later that week anyway and again, all perfect!
I'm now almost 27 weeks and have had no further issues since then!

I bleed for 2 weeks straight when I first found out I was pregnant. Brown blood like you. I had an early scan and they couldn’t see any cause for the bleeding but said there could have been a little clot or something which was taking time to disperse? Anyway, try not to worry too much, which I know is easier said than done!

I'm actually fine now lovely! Spotting stopped on Friday. Got all the classic symptoms still - sore boobs, feeling sick etc so I'm feeling positive. I've got a scan on Friday so I'll let you know how I get on x

@AKS994 hey love I got on really well measuring 6 and a half weeks and saw a nice heartbeat. Had spotting after the scan again the lovely lady showed me on the screen an area she believes is due to implantation she said it could cause more spitting or absorb back into the body, she didn’t seem concerned at all xx
