Can anyone help with this?

I'm 27 weeks 1 day. Had a blood test and my albumin has come back lower than normal at 29 and then my Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) has come back high at 169.

I've no idea what any of this means and I've not been told by the midwife but I have an appointment tomorrow with the consultant.

Just wondering if anyone can help and maybe ease my worry because I'm honestly crawling the walls with worry!

Hi @gonewithtthewind a quick Google suggests that high ALP can be connected to placental dysfunction, so they'll want to keep an eye on that and on the baby's growth. Low albumin seems to be connected to a risk of preeclampsia, so again, they'll want to monitor you.
