Found out I’m miscarrying 2nd time in a row

I was 10 weeks pregnant in July when I miscarried. They didn’t do any tests but I’m sure the baby stopped growing before then as I stopped getting morning sickness around 7-8 weeks.
Then last night I started spotting at 10 weeks again. I booked an early scan today and it seems like a missed miscarriage where it the baby shows it’s 6 weeks. I have hospital appointments the next few coming days to confirm. Spotting and cramps have now stopped.. confusing. Feeling so confused why this has happened to me twice. Im 33 , healthy and already have a healthy 3 year old. I wish they would do tests after 2+ miscarriages but it’s after 3+ recurrent. If this Happends for the third time in a row I don’t know how I’d cope

As someone who has had a miscarriage myself I totally understand the pain you're going through. Would they be willing to prescribe you progesterone? It's supposed to help and you're eligible for it after one loss. Is this something you can speak to your doctor about I.e in future if I was to be pregnant would you or the hospital prescribe me progesterone?. I totally understand how you feel and please don't feel alone. I know many women who have had 2 losses and have had a baby afterwards.

Thank you @heartbroken22 . I didn’t know about asking for progesterone. I’ve added it on my list of things to ask the doctor.
