SPD/PGP - adjustments for an office worker

I have been suffering with symptoms of SPD/PGP over the last 3 weeks which have been getting progressively worse to the point I am close to tears when going upstairs and I get very stiff if I sit for a long period of time and can barely move when I get up. I have messaged my midwife as would like her advice and confirmation it is likely to be SPD before I inform work.

I have a full time office job (sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day) in healthcare 2 days WFH 3 days in the office. Do you have any advice or recommendations on what I could request as reasonable adjustments? My manager is not very sympathetic to say the least.

In a similar situation. I sit on a yoga ball when I WfH. Considering asking if I can have one at work, but not sure what they'd do with it on the days I'm not in! Also contemplating asking to WfH full-time as I get closer to due date if it gets worse. It's already bad and I'm not in third trimester yet.
