Not sure if I'm asking this in the right place or not!
I am currently 19 weeks pregnant, I informed my employer at 13 weeks and filled all the required paperwork in for them etc I was just wondering when I should expect them to do a risk assessment?

I work as a cleaner for my local council so my job does require some lifting, use of chemicals etc but I haven't heard from anyone since I told them I was pregnant.

I defo would have thought it should have been done straight away, especially with your job with chemicals and lifting etc. Could you ask for it to be done? I've had to ask for mine to be reviewed due to now having sciatica x

It should definitely be done straight away. I work for the NHS and had one straight away and now every 4 weeks.

H&S professional here. They should definitely have done it or arranged it as soon as you told them. Sounds like you need to remind them.

Thanks I did think that. I don't see anyone else usually as I work by myself so maybe I've just fallen off the radar. I will give my manager a call on Monday.
