Morning after pill which one is better for higher weight ?

Hey everyone had sex with my partner it was with a condom but it split just ordered the morning after pill for tomorrow however I looked on my app and it says i'm ovulating today would the pill still be affected ?

Just worried now as hearing that levonorgestrel failed with some people

I know it works by delaying ovulation but if you've already ovulated on the day you have sex then what's it doing how does it stop pregnancy ?

Your App is based on guesswork/an algorithm, it has no idea when you are actually ovulating. I use temperature to monitor when I’m ovulating as well as the Flo/Glow apps and the apps are always wrong by a few days. I think EllaOne is better.

You need the EllaOne if you are overweight or you weigh over 70kg.

If you have ovulated it may well not work. If you really need to avoid pregnancy you should consider having a copper coil inserted. If it is inserted within the next 5 days it should prevent pregnancy and is a more reliable choice.
