Mucus plug?

Sorry this is tmi, I never had this with my first. Is this a tiny bit of mucus plug? Or am I crippled with wishful thoughts? I had this a few days ago similar amount, and again today. When it happened the first time I felt the baby head butt my cervix, this time it just came out and I felt something come out. It's tiny and I know the mucus plug is meant to be a lot. With my first waters went and contractions started. No plug in sight. This is all new. Throughout the week too I've had a lot of ewcm sometimes stringy sometimes just normal.

Mucus plug?

Yes I would say so, it can be normal for it to come out in bits so not all at once, or all at once. I never noticed mine either with my first pregnancy.
How many weeks are you? Hoping labour isn't too far away for you if you are term. Take care x

I'm 37+5 so hoping this is it as I really can't carry on 🤣. But I did read it can take forever. Wish I'd never seen is as all week I've been sunroom spotting.

Looks like a bit of it but I wouldn't get too excited , the mucus plug can regenerate. I lost mine in one go at 32 weeks and was told unless its bloody then it's not always a sign of anything.

@romdowa sigh this is what I fear. That it's not bloody so probably means nothing 😞. Every day feels like an age this pregnancy 😢

Mine was definitely bigger and not as clear had streaks of dried blood in it and more gross looking, i had normal discharge like this until the end before.

Sadly I think you're right @J1290. I have no other signs and it just seems like extra discharge. I never had this with my first so got happy Sad
