Hi guys..just want some reassurance. I am just over 7 weeks now. Had big bleed 2 weeks ago from an SCH and since then spotting brown discharge intermittently.

But just wondering did people find their symptoms fluctuate? Some days I have lots of reflux, pulling sensation in lower abdomen, feeling full or bloating, tiredness and other days not much. Nausea started kicking in since the weekend but some days I have it for a couple of hours and others nothing. Is that normal? Think with the SCH I am over thinking everything

I'm 10+5 and mine fluctuate! At one time I went over a week with very little in the way of symptoms, had a scan at 8+5 and everything was perfect. Try not to let it worry you, mine fluctuate daily sometimes!

@NalaNana thanks. That does help! I’ve been feeling anxious due it for the last few days

Mine disappeared between 8+4 and 9+4, so I had a private scan and it was fine. It can be normal to fluctuate. Have you contacted your epu about the bleeding to see if they will give you a scan? You mentioned sch so you may have already done this.

@Blue2020 we had a scan at epu at 5 and 6 weeks and they saw the heartbeat and sch and discharged us. Though wondering if to get our own.
Like now I feel full and like the food is just sitting there which I was getting before.
Is it normal not to feel anything in the pelvis area either? Before I would get the occasional pull.

This morning breasts feel less sore. Just don’t know what to think 😔

@PB6 it sounds normal to me my boobs vary in soreness day to day, but if you're worried could you call your EPU and see if they will give you a scan? Alternatively you could look for private scans in your area if the EPU won't scan you and you can afford it, they're about £50 in my area so not pocket change but worth it to me x

@NalaNana Reassures me a bit when you say that. I’ll monitor things over the weekend. Though I’ll look at a private scan option nearby too and book next week.
Ive had a previous miscarriage so thinking it’s just adding to the anxiety

Hi @PB6 just wondering how you are getting on? I am having a very similar experience to you and going out my mind with worry! Did you end up going for the private scan?

PB6 · 21/12/2022 11:02

Hi @StaffordLou ...we did go for the private scan at 11 weeks but it turned out sadly the baby had stopped growing a couple weeks before.

I really don't want to worry you and I think it can be normal for it to vary.

@PB6 I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you are doing ok!
thanks very much for responding and your reassurance!

Think it'll take time to get ok. Just taking it one day at a time right now.

wish you all the luck for you x
