Stomach pains

Hi I'm 12 weeks pregnant tomorrow and most days this week I've been getting some stomach cramps/period style pains. We have a private scan booked as I still haven't had the invitation for my NHS one (I was told there was probably going to be a delay to 13/14 weeks)
It's not awful by any means, just uncomfortable and sometimes enough to take paracetamol and want to sit down.
I haven't had any bleeding and in terms of symptom loss, my nausea has been on and off since about 10 weeks so I haven't noticed any dramatic stops.
I am worried but I'm also aware I am a very anxious person and I was quite lucky in not experiencing much period pain before so I wonder if I have quite a low pain threshold/paranoid about it.
Im just looking for a bit of reassurance. I will mention it during scan tomorrow and im obviously worried it may mean something bad but once hoping somebody might have had a similar experience with a good outcome.
Thank you xxxx
