Pregnany exercise/yoga classes in hitchin area

Hi Does anyone know of any preganacy exercise/yoga classes in hitchin, herts area?

There's someone who does them in Luton but I can't find the local paper. Did them when pg with DS, LOVED it and found it helped. Can't for the life of me remember her name!!

someone does do them in Hitchin. just off the market square in bancroft up some stairs. sorry am in Queensland atm so can't remember the exact building. i do remember seeing a leaflet for it somewhere else tho.

There used to be a a class in St Micheal's Mount community Centre on a Thursday evening. I think the woman who ran it was called Sarah, she definitely still does a normal class there from 8-10.00 on Thurs, and it would be worth getting on touch with her to see about her pregnancy class as she is really good. Her details are up on the board there.

Yes, there is a yoga place above the stretch of shops that has Woolies, Boots, Cafe Nero etc (am hopeless with road names) - that side of the road. A friend of mine did non-pregnancy yoga there and spoke highly of it, and told me about pregnancy stuff (I didn't go though). I believe they do a very good baby massage and baby yoga course there too.
