Another PUL… anyone had a positive experience?

Good evening,

Today I had an early scan at EPU as previously I had a PUL suspected ectopic back in 2018. During the scan today they can see no sign of a pregnancy at all, another PUL. They’re running bloods today but sadly they shut so I’ll go the results first thing in the morning and then I’ve got to go Friday to monitor my HCG.

I’m already writing this pregnancy off, I don’t feel pregnant at all except some really bad stomach cramps. 2 weeks ago I had full on food and coffee avoidance.

anyone ever had a PUL that ended up with a positive outcome ?

Hi there, I'm messaging in hope that you may have had a positive outcome on this? I'm down the rabbit hole of searching for similar situations though deep down I'm sure the outlook won't be good for me. Have had a scan with PUL, bloods done and next set booked for 2 days time. I'm fairly confident of my dates (should be 6 weeks) and everything I've read suggests there should at least be a gestational sac by this time, even if there isn't a yolk or fetal pole.
Anyway, I hope yours went well as I cling onto any sign of hope

How did you get on do you have an update? I'm going through the same at the moment x

Sorry I only just saw this- mine resulted in an ectopic with left tube removal. How are you??

I'm so sorry to hear this, mine too ended in an ectopic pregnancy and removal of my right tube 💔 I'm currently 6 days post op and things are tough I still can't believe this has happened to me 😭

It’s a really horribly emotional time. I didn’t feel properly myself (physically) until almost 3 weeks afterwards by which time I felt like I was coming on and played that waiting game of feeling sluggish, heavy and tired. (I came 6 weeks later by the way)
the thing that helped me get through it was reminding myself that there was nothing we could have done to prevent this. Take your time to heal, physically and emotionally, it does start to get better
