2 DAYS LATE FOR PERIOD - FEEL LIKE IM PREGNANT BUT BFN!!

Can anyone help, i am 2 days late for my period im usually 29 day cycle. Was due Monday 7th October.
I had period pains felt like i was going to come on but didn't and had light mild cramps not as severe as period pains.
Other symtpoms, today im extremely tired, head ache and boobs are really sore. My periods are usually like clock work so v confused.. i have tested today it was negative..
Has anyone had this where they turned into BFP??

This is my first cycle
Last time it took me 1.5 years and this time round I was hoping for a miracle
Cannot go through that experience again 🥺

@Enn1234 Are you tracking ovulation etc? Its so disheartening isnt it, im going to try take the relaxed approach this time and just let fate work its magic!

We have been trying since January but ended up having an operation around June time, my cycles have only just gone back to normal the last 2 months so can only really count those.

Its so soul destroying, i wish there was certain things we could do that would 100% get us pregnant! I hope its a lot quicker for u this time, this will be my first child xx
