18 weeks bump above belly button

anyone else have their bump appear above their belly button like this? Do you know why, is it just bloat/organs being pushed up? I didn’t have this with my first but there seems to be very little bump under the belly button (where baby/uterus should be) and then a big protrusion above belly button. It’s like it even in morning.

@Itsmy2nd no idea but I have exactly the same thing! Also 18 weeks, also my second. I was thinking either bloating or other organs moving up too, maybe more noticeable this time around because everything's already been stretched out before! And yes where baby should be there's really not much there.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon to help us out...

Diastasis recti I would say

No advice but 16 weeks here and I definitely have a bump above my belly button rather than below. Assuming it’s from where my organs have pushed up and stomach muscles are weaker / non existent after having #1 so it’s popped out earlier.
