How long does Implantation bleeding last? Anxious!!!

Hey guys
I think I’m having implantation bleeding but I’m not sure..

I am so so scared to lose this baby..ive had some strong positive tests so I don’t think it’s a chemical.

I am 4 weeks 3 days and I’ve had spotting for the last 3 days. Very light and only when I wipe.

I know it could be implantation bleeding…but I thought that was just for a few hours or 2 days max? I’m on my third day of spotting. I’ve had miscarriages before and I’m just so scared to lose this baby too.

ive contacted my doctor but they didn’t seem too concerned.

help..what were your experiences with implantation bleeding? Could this be the start of another miscarriage? :(

I had a little bit on the eve of 9dpo and morning of 10dpo then nothing since. Was a little bit crampy at the time

Im only 4 weeks 3 days same as you. Tests getting stronger and my digital said pregnant today. I've had a miscarriage before and other bleeding in a different pregnancy that turned out to have a catastrophic genetic abnormality. This feels very different to the bleeding I had those times. It was just twice on the tissue and it was 100% implantation I'm sure, I'm just trying to be positive because that's all we can do. Good luck to you

do you reckon 3 days of light spotting is too long for implantation bleeding? X
and yes it’s very true we can only try and be positive. It’s such an emotional rollercoaster xx

Well some say it can last a few days. Maybe rest up a little. It's probably too early for a scan but if you can hold off a week or two and you're still worked then you can ring your local early pregnancy unit (epu) and they might offer a scan.

the spotting stopped but I got a very early scan at 5 weeks 3 days - there wasn’t a baby in the sac but it was still very early so the doctor wasn’t worried about that. She also said she could see a little area on the scan where my bleeding was coming from but it was separate from the sac so she said baby should be fine.

I’m now 6 weeks 1 day and not had bleeding since. So I’m hoping everything is okay but time will tell!!

I had three days of it, definitely. Although mostly it was just a brown tinge on a tissue. There was just one day when I got a big brown spot in my underwear (sorry for TMI!).

Now I’m pregnant again (3+6) and have had no signs of it somewhere this time, so of course I’m worrying about that! It’s so hard not to be super anxious at this stage, isn’t it?

Hi just wanted to post an update on this thread - I had some follow up scans and unfortunately no heartbeat was found and no growth inbetween scans. Assumed miscarriage but told me to wait for yet another scan to confirm. Would have been 8 and a half weeks. It’s been a horrible week
