Is anyone a short-arse like me and carrying high? I am only 27 weeks and already so uncomfortable, I'm not sure if its because of my short torso that I'm carrying higher and quite big, therefore it's more uncomfortable. I have nearly just cried at work as my back is so bad and i am struggling to get a full breath because my belly is up at my boobs. The only position i am comfy in is lying down, which i cant do at my sedentary office job. Any help would be appreciated...if there is any??!!

I'm 5'4 bit carrying higher in this pregnancy my first pregnancy. I have a short torso too but think it's also to do with where your placenta grows/where you implant

Only advice is to buy a bump support and pregnancy pillow of you don't already have one

Hey! I can't offer any solutions but I do sympathise, I'm 4'11 and 40w, I really struggled with breathing and also with baby right up in my ribs and under my boobs. Its been better the last 4 or 5 weeks as he started to drop x x x

Yep. All of the above and the baby is 99th percentile.

I find it changes a lot though, I was kayaking happily at 23wks and struggle to put my tights on now. But at 23wk I couldn’t get comfortable at night and now I sleep well 5/7 nights. Pregnancy support bands helped a lot, as does yoga.

That was me! When he was born by EMCS, DS was so wedged in my ribs that they had to pull him out with forceps and push repeatedly on the top of my bump to get him out 😂 I'm 5'1

I'm five foot and had a baby over 9 pounds then two
More over 10
Pounds 🤷‍♀️
I hated every second of being pregnant as it was so uncomfortable

I'm 5ft and had dc1 9lb 5 and dt with a combined weight of 13lb (with dt I measured full term at 22 weeks).
Dc1 and dt1 both hooked their feet around my ribs which is very uncomfortable.
It was uncomfortable but didn't have a choice especially when I had a little one to run around after.

Is everyone telling me that i can't do anything about it so tough titties?? LOL.
I dont think i can take 3 more months of this... hopefully a pregnancy massage will give some relief.

thanks ladies xx
