Low hcg levels and a very small sack

Hey,
I'm new to this but feel so lost at the moment and wondered if anyone could help.

Found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago. But have been having spotting. Went to the emergency and they did a blood test and told me that I had a misscarge. They sent me to gynaecology emergency and there they did a scan and saw nothing. But did a blood test and that showed a low hcg level. I have been back and forth since and hcg levels are increasing but very slowly. The last 3scans I did showed a small and I mean very small sack in the middle of the whomb with abnormal shape. But my hcg levels keep increasing. Although I am supposed to be 7 weeks my hcg levels is just reached 200 and as I said before the sack is extremely small. Am I having a misscarge? I still spot on and off .

Please help.

Sorry for the long message.

Thank you.

Unfortunately yes, HCG rising that low is not compatible with a successful pregnancy. The sack in uterus means it's not ectopic, which is good news. What options have they given for what next? Sometimes they require a sack to reach a certain size to confirm as miscarriage and take action, even if it's clear it isn't progressing. I'm sorry x

Thank you so much for giving me clarity. Because my hcg levels have increased they just booked me in for another scan. Which is so conflicting because no one is giving us a definitive answer. X
