Hey all,
I know it is supposed to be great to add fish into your meals couple times a week but I really can’t stomach it.
I’m currently on the Pregnacare original but going to move to max as I can see that has omega 3.
Should I still be trying to force fish in or will this be enough?
Feel like I’m eating so badly at the minute but I’m exhausted and can hardly stomach anything.

Bah, don't bother if you don't want to eat it! Just take extra omega 3!

I havent been able to eat meat for my entire pregnancy, I've basically lived off carbs. I wouldn't force yourself to eat something. Baby will be fine just take your vitamins x

Currently I love fish. But when I was pregnant with my son, I absolutely could not stand the smell. It made me incredibly nauseous. I think as long as everything is within healthy limits, you should listen to your own gut feeling.
