Twins? Early ultrasound need advice

Hi all,

yesterday I went for an early assurance scan, I thought i was 7 weeks but I was shocked to find out I was only nearing 6.
I had to have an internal ultrasound and they can’t confirm yet but they suspect I might be having twins.
Two sacks were found but because I was gassy they couldn’t get a clear image.
they said another thing it could be is blood and fluid on my ovary ( as I released two eggs ) but as they were probing the area it kept a round shape so they were more leaning towards multiple pregnancy.
i have to go back in two weeks but has anyone had twins with an early ultra scan image and does it look similar to mine?
i can’t stop thinking about it, I’d love twins but I’d also love one baby as long as they are healthy!

Gosh it’s so early. I had a scan at 9 weeks and they found out it was twins. I will never forget the sonography’s words “I can see two in there I’ll just check for any more” 😱It’s hard but Id consider it a single pregnancy unless confirmed otherwise

Hi do u have update now ? Is it a twin ? My ultarsound found another sac too but dont have heartbeat yet, only on found heartbeat i’m so curious
