Hi all, I got my BFP last week and am
currently 4 weeks, 4 days! 💕
I’ve been taking inositol from my-ova since April and it really sorted out my cycles which were being affected by PCOS. I don’t know however if I can keep on taking it, it has the below -
myo-inositol 4000mg
Chromium
Folate
I think inositol is fine and actually good at cutting down risks associated with pcos and pregnancy, but not sure on the chromium 🤷♀️
I’ll be calling my midwife services tomorrow so will double check then too!
