Hi, I'm 9 weeks pregnant today and I've been feeling completely exhausted for the last couple of weeks. I could sleep for 12 hours at night and then sleep again during the day if I could. Feel like I'm dying. Feeling nauseaus most of the time too.

Never felt like this with my first. I've had to take a few days of work. My partner has been amazing with minding our 2 yr old. Anyone else feeling the same at 9 weeks.

I felt rough as toast up to 13 weeks. I was exhausted, but not the "need a nap" tired, more "need a week in bed" shattered.

I felt nauseous from just before lunch through to bedtime which was tiring too.

Keep going, the end of first trimester is near!!!x

@Milkand2sugarsplease thanks, yeah that's how I feel. Like I need a week in bed. So hard to function being so tired.

Yeah it's really hard. DS1 was 8 when I was pregnant with DS2 and I remember sobbing to DH one night that if I carried on feeling as ill and tired as I did, that we would have to tell DS something because he'd start to worry about me barely moving off the sofa!! Thankfully I picked up soon after that moment and we told him anyway as soon as we had our scan.

Nap when you can and just sit still when you can. A bit of extra tv time won't do any harm and will at least allow you to just stop for a bit.x

Yes! I used to joke it was exhausting growing eyelashes. 😁

@Milkand2sugarsplease thank you. Yes it helps a little to sit down for a few minutes whenever I can. Eating little and often helps with the nausea.

Same. I can fall full on also within minutes of laying down. Nap at lunch. Nap after work. In bed by 9 latest. Always asleep if we're driving somewhere or on the train. Come on second trimester!!

I was like this with my first. And signed off with fatigue with this pregnancy. You’ll get there.

I've been the same since week 6 and currently on week 13!! I was hoping I would start feeling better by now but nope! Still feeling nauseous too 😢
