I have SPD I'm 31 weeks and it's causing me a lot of pain!

I'm a auxiliary nurse could not manage to work so I'm off work, I'm also a student nurse but thankfully this time of year out lecturers are online until Xmas holidays as it's essay season so I can stay in house
I have a toddler who doesn't need much lifting anymore but I am still really struggling with the simplest of tasks like putting my trousers on or getting of the couch , turning in bed ect
the pain is worse in my inner thighs it's horrible, I have physio next week but reading online it's not going to magically take the pain away :(
Any tips on how to manage this pain? Been taking hot baths they help a lot
Really wanting to do Christmas activities with my daughter but have no idea how I'm going to manage walking about outside ect

Sorry you're in pain. It's so grim, isn't it!

I've found hot water bottles help with the pain. The physio said I can take paracetamol but I'm trying not to unless it's really bad. I'm avoiding stairs, sitting down to put trousers and socks, trying to get DH to do more of the household chores (bending to do the laundry and dishwasher seems to particularly aggravate mine). Physio recommended clenching bum when turning in bed and that does seem to help. Trying hard not to carry my toddler but she doesn't understand.

@Deut28
Thank you for your reply,
I went to physio they gave me excersises and some tips to manage but still in pain a lot of the time :(
I got an yoga ball to sit on which I found much more comfier than sitting on the couch,
It's really getting me down as I love doing Christmas activities with my toddler but really been struggling to walk about them,
hope your feeling ok with your pain it's a horrible thing to have
