Bfp. One day of bleeding ? Have I had a chemical ?

I took an early test and got a positive result at 10dpo.

On Tuesday (4w+2) , 2 days after my period should have come I realized I there was blood in the toilet after going for a wee in the morning .

I went to the bed and there was blood on sheets. Id say about a wine glass full. ( hard to tell as it was dry )

Today ( 4w + 4) I took a test and it still said positive .

I’ve had no bleeding since the one instance .

i feel no pregnancy symptoms at all which is concerning .

Have I had a chemical?

I had no bleeding in first pregnancy .

Will a test show positive as HGC still in blood even thought it’s a chemical ?

@Mummawantsanotherbaba how are you doing? Sorry you’re experiencing bleeding. When I had a chemical I found the positive line on my pregnancy tests started fading very rapidly from the next day. I’d suggest you test again tomorrow and see if it’s still a strong positive. Another option is to get a Hcg blood test done and a second a couple of days later as the numbers should double when pregnant.

I test again today and seems as strong as yesterday . I used a standard test not early detection . I think the lines seem solid ? I can’t compare to first tests as they were boots early detection.

I really don’t want to get my hopes up . May have imagined it but boobs felt sore last night. I will test again on Tuesday and see. I am sorry to hear you had a chemical pregnancy . Xx

@Mummy2Girls22 Hi, I hope your okay / but imagine you are worried and confused. I ended up having a scan at the EPU and a sac and yolk were present . There was a bleed next to the sak. They said this could of been implantation bleeding and it isn’t uncommon.
I have a scan on Friday to see if baby has grown. I have a feeling something is wrong as I’ve had no morning sickness but I have just been exhausted and sore boobs but I just don’t feel pregnant. We will see Friday . How are you ?
