Breastfeeding while pregnant

Hi. I have a 2 year old daughter who I'm still breastfeeding now at 31 weeks pregnant. I was hoping she would wean off by herself around the time she turned 2 as I've never particularly enjoyed breastfeeding and even more so now that my stomachs getting huge and it's uncomfortable. I thought when the milk changed she would lose interest but she's still very keen to feed once during the day and whenever she wakes up at night (which is about 2-5 times, a whole other issue in itself...). When I tell her no sometimes I can convince her to go back to sleep if I stroke her or offer her some water/cows milk/yoghurt etc but other times she is incredibly adamant and at that point I'm so desperate to go back to sleep that I give in.

Anybody else in a similar situation or been through the same with some advice? I would like for her to have stopped by the time the newborn baby is here but as it's gets closer I feel like it's becoming less of a reality. I'm not sure how it would work either - will my milk be colostrum when the baby arrives if my toddler keeps feeding? Will the flow be too fast for the new baby?

I saw a post on a breastfeeding older babies and toddlers group earlier and someone shared these handy links that might help:
