Sick even though on Cyclizine?

Hi, I've been on cyclizine from 7 weeks, was in a&e, got diagnosed with hyperemesis. The tablets so far up to now stopped the vomiting 100% but now at 14 weeks I was sick last night, anyone had it where the tablets just stopped working?

Hi! When I had my first pregnancy I had hyperemesis too! It was horrendous and thought I was going to die! In and out of hospital - I was prescribed metoclopramide and ondansetron but only administered whilst in hospital, towards the end of my first trimester docs gave me cyclizine.
