Sorry if this is tmi! I'm 25 weeks and have thrush, it's driving me crazy! I'm just wondering if anyone knows if I can use canisten or anything to help it? I'm honestly so embarrassed to ask so don't want to ask at the pharmacy 😩

Yes you absolutely can use canesten. If you go to a pharmacy and say you are pregnant, they are unlikely to sell it to you and will tell you to go to your GP. So either go to a pharmacy/send a partner and buy it, or speak to your GP or midwife and they can prescribe it to you....don't suffer with it, it's very common in pregnancy (speaking from bitter experience!).

Sorry that should say go to a pharmacy and don't say anything about your pregnancy, and just buy it.

I used coconut oil, found it worked better than the canestan pessaries (also good for perineal massage).
