Just wondering if there’s anyone that can relate for some reassurance!
Im currently 7 weeks pregnant and I feel soo ill, I have awful nausea 24/7, I’m sick about 4/5 times a day, I’m exhausted to the point I can barely stay awake and I just feel really unwell like as if I’m coming down with a flu or something shakey/weak (I’m deffo not as I’ve felt like this now for a couple of weeks).
This is my second pregnancy and I was very sick with my ds but I can’t remember feeling this awful and like it was hard to cope! I have spoken to my midwife, I’m going to start anti sickness tablets so fingers crossed they improve things 🤞

Yes. For me it was like a hangover everyday. Just being unwell in my bones. I learnt to have only snacks throughout the day and lots of sleep at night and that helped. Ice lollies gave me some relief. Hopefully it will be gone by 14 weeks so hang in there!

Yes normal unfortunately. My first pregnancy was much easier but trimester 1 with my second pregnancy was so horrible I ended up feeling quite depressed being so unwell for so many months. No energy, sick, headaches, just wanted to sleep 24/7. I have felt better since hitting trimester 2 though, hope you feel better soon.
