Bleeding in pregnancy

Hi

i had a bleed in pregnancy on Tuesday and all is ok with the baby, but my doctor told me to rest with no definitive timeline on rest.

I’m really exhausted to be honest so bed rest is absolutely needed for I imagine at least a few days but I just wondered people who have had experiences like this when they were back on their feet? I’m a stay at home mum to two kids so it’s a lot for my husband to manage and work at the same time whilst I am resting.

I had bleeding at 14w which was cervical bleeding and nothing to worry about. I wasn't told to take rest, so not sure what to recommend other than taking it easy with the kids etc so you can share the load with dh but you don't overdo it?

Thanks @Palmface I’ve got my official 12 week scan tomorrow so hopefully I can ask them a bit more to get a bit more clarity.
