Had to have conceived on my period

My last period was Oct 20. Normal period.
It's November 2 and I am pregnant.
HCG levels 98 I'm so confused.

If your hcg is 98 then you’re probably about 4 weeks pregnant which, you’re right, means you conceived a couple of weeks ago. So maybe just before your period? Not impossible - some women have periods throughout pregnancy.

Could it have been an implantation bleed? I’ve read of people having very heavy ones that are like their periods.
