I had a big bleed last Monday with clots and was found to have an ECH last Tuesday. The ECH was 30x18x10mm and I was approx 5 weeks. I continued have light pink/brown intermittent spotting since then with occasional cramps. I have been taking it really easy since and not going out of the house much. Yesterday we had a follow up scan and first time I had walked much since last week. The ECH was 22x17x9mm. Today, I have noticed dark brown discharge and more than what I have had in last few days. Could it be due the vaginal ultrasound scan and more activity?
