when do you supposedly start showing wen ure pregnant

Im about 11weeks maybe more but my tummy has really expanded and im not too sure or definate on my due date, suppose i should way myself and see if there's any difference maybe

I don't know Daisy. I'm 14 weeks and my bump is already out further than my boobs and that's par for the course for me. Some women just carry big.

DD1 about 24 weeks before I got a bump
DD2 about 21 weeks
DC3 - 13 weeks now and no bump as yet, slightly bloated looking but skinny jeans still fit.

i can see these 2 weeks just dragging because i want it to go quick friends say maybe it twins haha but I have 1 set in my family and plus im not massive as such

Im pregnant with my first

could notice a small bump at 9 weeks. Now at 16 weeks and everyone comments on how large i am! There are twins in the family but thankfully thats now been ruled out!
I am very obviously pregnant and dread to think what i will look like by full term.

Well I'm 21wks with number 4 and hardly got a bump yet, just put on a bit of weight, by 12 wks with ds2+3 I was huge and very obviously pg.

Think it just varies, can I join you in being smug duchess? This time people are shocked that I am pg rather than shocked that I have got months not weeks left

hi all i definately think i will show soon as i feel so bloated already and i am only 5 weeks

i have taken clomid to help me get pregnant and there is a chance i could have twins .

anyone had twins???

I'm 12 wks and have a pronounced pot 3rd time around. Partly because my constant eating has not been offset by so much vomiting this time.

I'm 18 weeks and don't really look pregnant yet. 4 weeks ago I looked much bigger but it was obviously slow bowels and gas etc etc. I was incredibly bloated from week 6 to week 16. i then decided to eat less and suprise, suprise feel sooooo much better and hardly bloated at all. Can do my normal trousers up just about in the morning but have to release the top button by the afternoon. Was about 5lbs overwt before I conceived and have put on 6lbs over the first 18 wks.

By the way can really recommend a morning bowl of all- bran and a glass of prune juice (Waitrose) to help with motions!

i wasnt showing with no. 2 at 4 1/2 months.

in my hospital they measure your bump as a rule of thumb measure. an inch or cm per week? With margin of error of 3.

I showed out of 'the normal range' at 30 weeks so had another scan!

Love not showing early, but cant see why I do, its not as if i could control it!

24 weeks and barely showing... some tops i wear it's more obvoius, but mostly i just look fat. no one has asked me or mentioned it

holywoodmum, dont worry i am the same. 25 weeks and depending on what i wear it can easily go unoticed. Infact my thighs & bum seem to be gaining more than my front!
I keep saying i must stick to 3 meals and cut out the crisps/choccy & puddings inbetween.

11+6 today and have a nice bump. Haven't fit into pants (buttoned) in over a month. This is baby #2. I wasn't this big with DC1 until 22 weeks.

I'm usually a skinny bint and definitely had a more rounded belly almost straight away. But it was only at about 22 weeks that anybody said that they could tell. Pleased to be looking pregnant now (25 weeks) as I was getting a lot of comments about keeping it in my car/bag/under my desk! DH has been away for a month and is likely to faint in shock at the airport .

i'm an aerobics instructor and i literally started showing at EIGHT weeks!!!! BUT it was twins and that was the first indicator - that and that i couldn't eat ANYTHING!!

hi all,

new to site but just wanted to say i am 5 weeks with my second, ds is now nearly 4. its hard to remeber when i started to show 1st time, think it was about 17 weeks,but my tummy at bottom is starting to grow slightly already. may be just wind though lol starting to feel tired, but no sickness yet

I am only 7 weeks and feel absolutly huge already, have had a small tummy before getting pregnant and am not sure whether I am just passing a bit of fat for a pregnant belly. The joys !!

hi eveyone remember me well had scan was really good-, i'm not having tiwns and im still at my right due date but i still think im big for 13 weeks, oh well, was exciting to see the baby, got a very good clear picture :0

i started after 20 weeks, but i think you can start to show atfer 12
thats when the womb sort ofpops up from behind the pubic bone

although we are all different
