Nighttime bump pain

I'm currently 28 week and over the last few days I've had really bad pain on the right hand side of my bump, after sleeping on that side. I wake up in the middle of the night and physically can't turn over because the ache/pain/pulling is so bad! I don't get it on my left side.

It's a really weird pain to try to describe but it's just a really bad strain type and I don't know how to stop it. Using pillows/extra blankets to support hasnt helped at all. I can't get comfortable sat upright and whenever I fall asleep on my left, I always seem to wake up on my right!

Has anyone else experienced/is experiencing this? Google didn't give me really any answers and I don't know how to stop or manage it!

It's really normal, the weight of the baby and your stretched muscles etc it will be painful. Have you got a pregnancy pillow? They really help support the bump.
