FTM and not sure what sensation could mean what - but I’m 37+3 and I’ve had a pretty stressful morning during my last day at work today and have since had a backache, on and off tightening around my stomach and been incredibly sore down there - to the point it’s uncomfortable to walk about. Sort of feels like I’m sat on a metal pole if that gives you an idea. I’ve had braxton hicks on and off for the last few weeks now but this is a different sort of uncomfortableness. Has anyone experienced anything similar at all? Should I be concerned or preparing? Thanks ladies

I would give the hospital antenatal helpline a call. Tell them your symptoms and I'm sure they'll ask you to go in and get checked over. How have baby's movements been? It's not unusual to go into labour around the 37 week mark.
