Terrified for 7 week scan

I have a 7 week scan early next week and I'm terrified.

After one successful pregnancy and then two Mc's I am struggling to believe I am pregnant as I have no symptoms to speak of.

With my successful pregnancy I had nausea by now.

My DH is telling me to be positive and that everything is fine but I honestly feel overcome with fear every time I think about going for the scan next week.

I've not had any bleeding but im on progesterone so maybe I wouldn't have even if I had miscarried.

Tests are very strong - where they should be, not getting any darker now.

Anyone else out there had zero pregnancy symptoms at 7 weeks?

I had a sudden disappearance of all my symptoms at 7 weeks and before that I had perhaps 2 days of slightly sore boobs and not much else. I also had a miscarriage prior. I was terrified going into the scan at 7w5; convinced myself 100% it was bad news. The sonographer found the little blob straight away, with heartbeat, and the relief was immense. Symptoms can come and go all the way through pregnancy, mine have ramped up again at 11 weeks so it's not always a sign that something is wrong. I hope everything goes well for you and you get the relief I did. Of course I almost immediately started panicking about the 12 week scan afterwards...pregnancy after loss is hard.

I know how stressful it is. My boy who is now 18months. He was IVF and with 3 day in of the egg transfer I was convinced it hadn't work as I had period pains. After the two week wait I discovered it did take. Leading up to 7/8 week scan to confirm pregnancy I had no symptoms what so ever. I had to go on my own to the scan as it was lockdown. All sorts was running through my head. Then I saw this little bean and a heard it's heart beat. I didn't actually get many symptoms, the odd cravings and achy boobs when I was well into my pregnancy. No sickness etc. i understand it's so scary and I do think your being hard on your self and they say "all pregnancy are different". Be positive also maybe not do pregnancy test to help. I really hope the scan goes well. Good luck.

Thanks both this is really encouraging.

It's been such a long wait. Waiting waiting waiting.

Waiting to ovulate, waiting to test, miscarrying, waiting to ovulate... then finally this time waiting for the scan and waiting to hear if there is a heartbeat.

Fingers crossed x

I didnt start getting symptoms until I was about 8.5 weeks. Not even ever so slightly tender breasts. Literally nothing except I had slight back ache one night that lasted ten mins!!

Fingers crossed everything works out for you x

I am over the moon!

Thanks all for the reassurance!
