Piles in pregnancy help!

So I'm currently 35 wks pregnant but I've had external piles from about 30 wks. They aren't sore at all but are freaking me out. Will these go away when baby arrives, should I be doing anything to treat these or is this a case for the gp? My diet is really good and full of fiber as I have gd and I've avoided constipation pretty much all pregnancy because I was trying to avoid these!

I got them in my first pregnancy and they never went away. I bet you wish you’d never asked now !

I got mine with my son 6 years ago and they never went away. I’m now 36w and they’ve developed piles of there own, so I’m doubly piled up! It’s likely going to be surgery for me to remove mine.

Got mine after having my now 2.5 year old. Still struggle with them from time to time. 😭 sorry OP. Suppositories helped me.

I got piles with DC2 from around five months pregnant onwards. I vividly remember being on holiday, sitting in a bath and not been able to get comfortable because of them 😩 However, they did go, and they have never returned. Yippee!
