Off Mozzarella

I'm 30+2 and feeling so stupid. I just ate quite a lot of grated mozzarella with my evening meal, which didn't smell great. It was 'in date' but had been opened for a while. Not blue or otherwise obviously mouldy, but it had a strong smell.

Is there a risk of listeria/harm to my baby here? I've been so careful with what I've eaten and feel so daft for doing this.

Quite panicked and would appreciate any thoughts.

I think you'll probably be fine, your sense of smell can be stronger in pregnancy anyways so might just be that? I think as long as it didn't look off and wasn't mouldy then I wouldn't worry too much.
