I'm worried that I'm eating terribly - there's lots of veg in my meals (I'm vegetarian) but I'm eating things like burritos and nachos, pasta dishes, pizzas, stir fries etc every single night? All home made, not takeaway, I don't put loads of salt in as my toddler eats what we eat, use some fake meat and lots of veg.. but it's still sort of junky isn't it? I'm worried I'm being really unhealthy but I'm so hungry a salad doesn't tempt me at all!
