Pregnancy symptoms

Hi, I was wondering if I could get any advice. I'm currently about 8 weeks pregnant. It's my first so I had no idea what to expect. I am extremely struggling with the symptoms. I had to take time off work because of all the cramping and feeling sick all the time. I work around food and people so wasn't ideal. I have anti-sickness meds which are starting to help but I'm really struggling with energy. I'm constantly tired even if I sleep all night. Before I found out I was pregnant I was having 1 energy drink a day just to keep me put of bed but i had to stop drinking that and now it's so hard to do anything. I feel stupid because its a struggle to just get up and make something to eat or do anything, especially have a shower. I don't have much appetite as I'm still being sick so I don't get energy from that. I don't know what to do and it's hard to talk to people about it because my mum didn't experience it this bad with me and neither did my nan. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It should get better after 12 weeks OP. Is there anything that your employer could do to make things a bit easier for you.

I work for a very small charity. So there's not much they can do. I won't get any maternity leave. And the time I've taken off im not getting paid but I'm hoping I can go back once the symptoms go or at least get easier to deal with
