Just looking for some reassurance. I'm around 7-8 weeks pregnant. I have a DD already and had a MMC in August. With my previous two pregnancies I had constant nausea, frequent urination, bloating, and really sore and engorged breasts. With this one all I have is occasional mild nausea. Nothing else. It's really freaking me out, especially the lack of sore boobs. I'm already anxious due to my recent loss and this is just adding to the worry.
I also have a subchorionic haemorrhage and had lots of bleeding. Had a scan this week and saw a heartbeat though so for now all seems ok.
Does anyone else have experience of a lack of symptoms?

Hey! I'm 6 weeks and have no nausea or sore boobs totally different from my last successful pregnancy. It's so unnerving!

Oh, every one of my 5 pregnancies was different as was every one of my childbirths. I understand the freaking out though as my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage as well. Normal pregnancy is a huge spectrum, so if you’re ticking off different symptoms but they’re all listed as normal, do happen or don’t happen to everyone type of symptoms then try not to worry. My midwife had said repeatedly that “not only is every woman is different, but every pregnancy is different” Best wishes & congratulations on your baby to be.
